The Power of Three is Healy World’s answer to the energetic and informational bifurcation point that many of us perceive or experience today, and is based on the ancient system of three natural energetic forces of Ayurvedic medicine.
Ayurveda is an ancient medicinal system that originated in India, and is premised on the need to maintain a balance between body-mind-spirit, as well as living in harmony with the environment to prevent disease.
The word Ayurveda comes from the Sanskrit word yuh, which means life span, and veda, which means truth or knowledge. Therefore, Ayurveda could be translated as “wisdom of life”.
For Ayurvedic medicine, disease appears when we are not in harmony with our environment. Therefore, it focuses on reestablishing the balance of each person in their individuality, but also considering their relationship with the environment and with their emotions.
Ayurvedic medicine points out that just as each person has different qualities, they also have a different way of perceiving energy. We all have three doshas or energies in different proportion or level of dominance, and the predominant one constitutes our biotype.
The Power of Three combines a systematic analysis of current collective processes and current classical frequencies to enable you to restore your body’s bioenergetic balance.
The 3 doshas of Ayurveda
In Ayurveda each of the doshas or humors, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, correspond to an energy. Of which, each person has a different combination. What influences the physical appearance, personality traits and also the physical symptoms that manifest when there are imbalances.
Vata
Vata is the dosha that regulates the movement and tissues of the body, and also moves the other two doshas. When a person with Vata dominant biotype is out of balance, he has a tendency to suffer from anxiety, insomnia and lack of calm or attention.
Vata people have a thin build, dry skin, sparse hair, small dull eyes, thin lips, and sometimes misaligned teeth.
Pitta
Pitta is the dosha responsible for managing emotions, food and metabolism. When a person with a dominant Pitta biotype is in balance, he is perfectly capable of assimilating what happens to him, otherwise they can overflow with anger, impatience and frustration.
Pitta people are characterized by a medium build and weight, freckled skin, moderate hair or premature balding, piercing eyes, medium sized lips, as well as medium teeth.
Kapha
Kapha is the dosha that regulates the growth of the body. When a person with a dominant Kapha biotype is in balance, they show calm, compassion and generosity. But when out of balance, it can be selfish or possessive, and accumulate many toxins.
Kaphas are people of short stature, strong and well-developed bodies, oily and smooth skin, wavy and abundant hair, large and prominent eyes, strong and white teeth, and thick lips.
