The chakras are the vortexes through which the vital energy flows in our body. Although there are more, it is considered that there are 7 main ones. Which are related to an aspect of our being, and influence both physically, mentally and emotionally.
The word chakra comes from Sanskrit, and the concept has its origin in the Hindu tradition. Being documented in the texts of the vedas. Mainly those known as “Upanishads”, whose writing dates back to the seventh century BC approximately.
The chakras have the function of absorbing energy, process it and assimilate it according to the vibratory frequency of each person, and then generate a physiological response. They are connected to each other thanks to energetic channels called nadis.
Together with the chakras, the nadis form the non-material energetic system. Through them, emotional information and prana or vital energy circulates.
When our chakras are in balance, we feel a sense of well-being and are in harmony with our environment. Conversely, if one or more chakras are blocked, we lose our inner balance.
Fortunately, Healy is a powerful tool for holistic wellness. Therefore, one of its most important functions is to harmonize our bioenergetic field and restore all the imbalances that affect us, including those of our chakras.

How to work the chakras with Healy?
It is clearly important that our chakras are balanced to have a full life, and Healy can help you achieve this.
It is important to clarify that before enhancing or optimizing the chakras, the first thing to do is to harmonize them. In order to get the energy to flow better through them.
One way in which you can do this, with the help of Healy, is through the pink application. In this case you can apply the program for the first chakra on Monday, the second on Tuesday, and so on until all seven chakras are completed.
It is recommended to repeat this for three consecutive times, for a total of 21 days. Although, if there is a particular chakra that you wish to work on, you can also apply the program for that chakra for the 21 days.
The other option to work the chakras is through Healy Resonance. As we know, it allows to make an analysis of the seven main chakras, and then apply the frequencies that allow harmonizing those with greater imbalance.
In this case, applications of 3 minutes can be done 3 to 9 times per day. One way to enhance these applications of frequencies, is to eat food of the color of the chakra or cover it with a scarf of that color.
Also remember that the report generated by the aura analysis in the application, also provides a series of powerful affirmations, as well as the names of the plants that contribute to harmonize each of the chakras.
