The Power of Three
Healy Ayurveda Good Things Come in Threes
The Power of Three is a set of three groups of Healy IMF programs. It is based on the ancient system of the three natural energetic forces expressed in Bioenergetic Rebalancing, Universal Frequencies, and Ayurvedic bioenergies. The programs in each group are designed to support and enhance one another, creating intense bioenergetic synergy when their use is alternated.

Bioenergetic Rebalancing
The Bioenergetic Rebalancing group is specially designed to be applied during challenging energetic moments that may negatively affect or disrupt your Bioenergetic Field. One by one, these four programs are designed to harmonize underlying energetic conflicts, energetic defense mechanisms, and the bioenergetic environment, constituting a solid energetic foundation.
Universal Frequencies
The Universal Frequencies group combines a selection of classic and universal frequencies, defined by frequency pioneers, designed to harmonize your Bioenergetic Field when it is negatively affected.
Digital Ayurveda
The Digital Ayurveda group consists of the three Healy IMF programs: Kapha, Pitta, and Vata. Applying each one once a week harmonizes all aspects of the bioenergetic system. You can also choose one or two of them based on your Ayurvedic personality type or a specific bioenergetic imbalance.
