Healy World Compensation Plan
Before going into details regarding the compensation plan, it is important to clarify that as in any other business, the results may vary depending on the previous knowledge, as well as the capacity and commercial experience of each person.
However, the plan is designed to obtain excellent earnings from the beginning, if you work with enthusiasm, perseverance and tenacity, in three different ways of earning money, which are: customer sales, team building and leadership rewards.
With customer sales, you generate bonuses for selling products to customers and independent Healy members. You can also earn a percentage for products sold by people who have joined your team.
In addition, as you foster the growth and development of your team, you can also earn a share of the income of the leaders below you, so that their success is also your success.
As your sales increase, you will be able to move up the ranks, and advance your career within Healy World. In which you have the possibility to achieve three types of titles: Career Titles, Paid-as Titles and Generational Titles.
Develop your career within Healy
With the progressive growth of your business, you will be moving through three title phases with a bonus program that increases with each phase.
Phase 1 Builder
This is the initial phase, that is, the one you are in when you register as an independent Healy World Member. In this phase you can advance to the title of Active Member (ACT), and then to Builder (BLD), Senior Builder (SBLD) and Executive Buldier (EBLD).
Phase 2 Team Manager
In addition to making your products known and earning money, in the second phase you should aim to expand your team and its sales. In this phase you can move through the titles of Team Manager (TM), Senior Team Manager (STM) and Executive Team Manager (ETM).
Phase 3 Leader
In this phase you should also focus on supporting, leading by example and pushing the Team Managers and leaders in your team to help them succeed. In this case the possible titles are Director (DIR), Senior Director (SDIR), Executive Director (EDIR), Vice President (VP) Senior Vice President (EVP), Presindet (PRES), Senior President (SPRES) and Executive President (EPRES).
Direct Bonus
Regardless of the title you hold, every independent Healy World member has the chance to earn the direct bonus. The purpose of this bonus is to reward you for encouraging the purchase of our products.
With the direct bonus, you will get up to 40% on the Bonus Volume of the devices sold each month. That is, of the total amount received based on the Device Personal Volume (DVP), which is nothing more than the total Qualifying Volume (QV) of the devices sold.
The direct bonus is paid as follows:

It should be clarified that for each sale you get a QV that depends on the type of device, the sum of these QV is what is called Device Personal Volume. If this amount does not exceed 2,000, the amount to be received will be 20% of the Device Personal Volume, and it is paid weekly.
But if the Device Personal Volume exceeds 2000 and does not exceed 3499 then you will also get an additional 15%. While if the DVP exceeds 3500 the additional will be 20%, in both cases payable on a monthly basis.
Mentoring & Coaching Bonus
This is the bonus with which Healy World rewards independent members with the title of Active member or higher, for expanding their teams and teaching their new members how to sell.
The mentoring & coaching bonus is calculated based on the volume of products purchased by an IHWM and their level 1 and 2 clients. Level 1 corresponds to independent members immediately below this level and level 2 corresponds to IHWMs below level 1 members.
The percentage earned for this bonus will depend on the Paid-as Title of the month. In the case of Active and Builder members, they earn 3% and 5% respectively of the volume of products purchased by Level 1 members.
Senior Builder and Executive Builder members earn 7% and 9% on the volume of products purchased by Level 1 IHWMs and 3% and 4% on the volume of products purchased by Level 2 IHWMs.
Team Manager and above titles earn 10% of the volume of products purchased by Level 1 IHWMs and 5% of the volume of products purchased by Level 2 IHWMs.
Dual Bonus
When you reach the title of Team Manager or higher, you will also earn the Dual Bonus. This is calculated based on the Dual Team Genealogy and the Personal Bonus Volume or PBV.
It should be noted that your Dual Team Genealogy consists of two legs. In one of which, each new independent member is added to the next available external position.
In each month, the leg with the highest amount of Dual Bonus Volume (DBV) is considered the Strong Leg, while the leg with the lowest amount of DBV is considered the Pay Leg, i.e. the leg on which the Dual bonus is paid.
It is worth mentioning that the percentage to be earned depends on the Paid-as Title (title for which you qualify in the month), and is paid with respect to the DBV of the Pay Leg and any Personal Bonus Volume above 200.
The Paid-as Title also determines the amount of COV (Carry-Over Volume) that can be carried over to the next month, as long as you earn income as a Team Manager or higher at least once every 3 months.

Management Advancement Bonus
When you are promoted to Team Manager, Senior Team Manager and Executive Team Manager for the first time, you will get the Management Advancement Bonus, and if the promotion goes through several titles at the same time you will get the bonuses for each title.
In addition to this, if a person from your Enrrollment Genealogy or line of recruiters ascends to one of these titles, and you are the first ascending line with a Career Title equal or higher, you will also receive a Matching Bonus. As follows.
