Healy is a portable device that uses various programs to deliver frequencies and microcurrents to promote your health, vitality, and g help you when you need it most.
To tell the truth, with Healy you will never go wrong, you just have to pay attention to the instructions, and read the contradictions that appear in the manual. And enjoy this portable device that will help you maintain your well-being.
Use a maximum of three Healy programs daily, ideally two in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening.
Drink plenty of water while using Healy. We recommend drinking 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day, especially in the morning, for the frequencies to be most effective.
Adjust the intensity of the program with the application on your smartphone, so that you can feel the frequencies little by little, without experiencing any unpleasant or irritating sensations. In this case, less is more.
Once the program launches, you can drop the mobile phone, put it in airplane mode or turn it off completely, as Healy will continue to work. The mobile phone is only needed to select or activate a new program or when you need to change the intensity.
Make sure that the felt pads of the ear electrodes always remain sufficiently moist.
You must be relaxed while using the Healy app; for example, you can listen to music that you like. In case this is not possible, you can use Healy while carrying out another activity.
However, Healy should not be used while driving (cars or other vehicles) or while using machines.
The first thing to know is that there is no wrong Healy program: they all have benefits. To be able to find what you need.
Select the program that corresponds to your current situation and your needs based on its name and description.
You will find the descriptions in the manual or an attached brochure.
If, for example, you have stress problems, select a program with the appropriate name. If you have an acute stress disorder, select “Stress acute”.
In case you want to regain your mental balance, select the “Mental Balance” program.
If several programs fit your needs by name or description, you can use them alternately or one after the other.
Example: If you want to focus on your weight, select the “Weight” program, which is located in the “Fitness” group. It will help you have a good balance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Note: you can always use the “Gold Cycle” programs that are rightfully included in every edition of Healy. You just have to read the corresponding descriptions of each of the seven “Gold Cycle” programs and select the program that best suits you.
In any case, we always recommend using the “Balance” and “Being” programs within the Gold Cycle.
These programs are designed to ensure and provide the basic balance, and maintain your well-being for body and mind, as they contain frequencies that are applicable in any situation.
You can use these programs (always through wrist electrodes) regularly or daily, if necessary.
In many cases, these first three steps are enough for you to experience Healy’s positive effect on your well-being and for it to support you in meeting your goals.
